Budget friendly. Well worth your money.

Room was spacious, clean, and had a great view of the pool. Breakfast was delicious.

There was very little hot water for the shower. I understand that the season was hot and humid, but I still like to have a hot shower before starting my day. The fact that the hot water was not available from the start is really annoying. Also, I asked the front desk to book me a taxi 3 times over two days and yet they were confused that I'd requested it when I asked again 3 hours before my departure.

Very Good

The room and bathroom is decently spacious, the bed is also very comfortable. Breakfast was surprisingly cheap but well worth the little bit of extra money if you want a quick breakfast.

The shower was a little weak in our room, noise insulation could be better and the balcony could do a little bit of cleaning.

Location, very close walking distance to Terminal 21. Swimming pools good and breakfast also good. From T21 Baht bus out front to the beach

Better hotels with better staff members.

The location is alright only a short walk to the beach front and terminal 21, which is outstanding. The pool is open till 8pm and is in the sun for most the day.

When we arrived our room wasn’t ready was meant to check in at 2pm wasn’t ready till 3pm and after a long day travelling this was t what we wanted with 2 children. We asked for a drink whilst we waited for our room and was told no. The reception staff ignored us on a couple of occasions which was extremely rude and unprofessional. They appeared to be short staff as the complex didn’t appear to be very busy so I would hate to stay at peak times. We had been out into town and on our way back stopped at lotus to pick up some shopping, we came back to pool for a rest whilst my son jumped into the pool to cool off and a staff member came running over with a sign in his hand and put it into my daughters face stating no food or drink at the pool, we wasn’t even having anything it was in bags. I don’t like to criticise but we would stay at the hotel again sue to rudeness of the staff members.

We were gifted with the breakfast tickets for two mornings while our booking didn't include breakfast. It was so surprising. Everyone was so nice and we were arranged with a room next to the swimming pool, the room's balcony attaches the swimming pool and the view was spectacular!

The reception have 24 H service , even if your flight is late , don't have to worried. There has a shuttle bus to the beach , and also the time for return. The staff are so nice , swimming pool is clean , breakfast is delicious. I will come back to here again!!! well-done

The hotel is not bad. Located a 15-minute walk from Pattaya's main street, it is also possible to get by transport. Liked the breakfast and the staff in the restaurant, lovely guys! Nice swimming pool near the hotel, but not always clean water.
